If you have any questions, leave us a note at checkout and we can look up your past order to double check.

The teflon insert is made to be a wearable part. It will need to eventually need to be replaced.
The teflon insert for the EVO14 XR is a wearable part. Although, it takes a while to wear them out, this is why we offer replacements.
Wearable parts are not under warranty and cannot be returned or refunded.
